ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Candace and I am the founder and creative director of the bohemian, sustainable womenswear brand, GeoBo. I created my brand because I was fed up with the mass pollution of our environment, the mistreatment of garment workers, and the toxic culture of overconsumption of throw away fashion (aka fast fashion).

I was inspired to have an ethical and sustainable clothing brand because I hated how wasteful and cruel the fashion industry could be. I didn't want to be apart of the throwaway fashion craze that is currently terrorizing our planet and putting the lives of hardworking garment workers in danger of being exposed to harsh labor, pay inequality, and being exposed to poisonous chemicals that aid in the creation of materials that fill up landfills.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Style Year Round is meant to symbolize that the clothing you buy should last you all year and for years to come. I want GeoBo to be apart of a movement that values its customers, the environment, and the hardworking garment workers that have been overlooked for so long.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I'm still in my pre-production phase but I am still researching and learning about sew shops and factories so hopefully, I will come across one that shares in my values and that of my future customers!⠀⠀
